As soon as you add your images and select the services on the order page, our system shows you the latest estimated delivery time before you pay. That's the maximum - we typically deliver faster than the time shown. If we miss the maximum, you get 10 free virtual staging credits or a full refund.

Orders over 12 staging photos are delivered within 24 hours instead of same day. We deliver the entire project at once - no partial deliveries.

If your order combines Virtual Staging with other services like Declutter or Item Removal, the full order is delivered together within 24 hours. Same-day delivery applies only to orders that contain exclusively Virtual Staging (12 photos or fewer). Although we often deliver these orders on the same day as well, we cannot guarantee it.

Yes - we deliver every day of the week, including Sundays. Orders placed late in the day may roll over to the next morning depending on the service.

Public holidays may affect delivery times. Any adjustments are reflected in the delivery time shown at checkout, so you always know before you order.

If we miss the delivery time confirmed at checkout, you choose: accept the photos and receive 10 free virtual staging credits, or request a full refund before the photos are delivered.

Request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your files - no questions asked. After that, you have a 30-day revision window on every order.

We often deliver well ahead of the estimated time. The ETA shown at checkout is our guaranteed maximum, not a target - most orders arrive sooner.
