Advertising and measurement cookies (loaded via Google Tag Manager - including Google Ads and Google Analytics) only load with your consent. ListingWOW.eu is operated from Cyprus. Your property photos, account data and billing information are processed and stored within the European Union, on servers located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). When you consent to advertising cookies, limited visitor data (such as your IP address) may be processed in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service: email address, name, billing information, and the property photographs you send us for editing. We never sell your data. We do not share your personal data with third parties except: (a) trusted service providers needed to operate the service (e.g. our EU hosting and payment provider), and (b) where you have given consent, Google, for advertising measurement - see Section 5. Your property photos and account data are never shared for advertising and never leave the EU.
We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@listingwow.eu.
We use Tinylytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies and stores no personally identifiable data (such as IP addresses or user agents), and is hosted in the EU.
We use Google Tag Manager to load advertising and measurement tools, which currently include Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics. These tags load only after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 - until you accept, no advertising or analytics cookies are set, and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless pings (with ad data redaction enabled) so we can measure aggregate campaign performance without identifying you. When you accept, Google may set cookies and process limited visitor data (such as your IP address, device information, and click IDs like gclid) in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in order to measure conversions, optimise our ads, and improve targeting. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer or by clearing your browser cookies. This is separate from your property photos and account data, which never leave the EU.
