ListingWOW.eu provides property photo editing services including image enhancement, declutter, hero shots, item removal, wall & floor, virtual staging, virtual renovation, and virtual landscaping. All editing is performed by professional designers — no AI generation is used in our editing workflow.
When you submit an order, our team reviews the scope and provides a confirmed ETA. This estimated delivery time, shown at checkout, is the binding delivery commitment for your order.
All prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is processed through our European payment processor Creem (Estonia), who acts as merchant of record. Prices may be updated with prior notice.
Standard delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours for most services. WOW Members receive guaranteed same-day delivery (by 10pm CET) on eligible services when orders are placed before the published cutoff times. Time-intensive services (Declutter, Item Removal, Wall & Floor) are guaranteed within 24 hours maximum for members. Virtual Renovation and Virtual Landscaping delivery times are estimates provided after order review — these are not fixed guarantees.
If we miss a guaranteed delivery time, you may either (a) request a full refund before the photos are delivered, or (b) accept the delivery and receive 10 free virtual staging credits on your account. Full details are available on our Delivery Guarantee page.
Standard (non-member) delivery operates Monday to Saturday. WOW Members receive delivery every day, including Sundays. Public holidays may affect delivery times — any adjustments are reflected in the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. Full details are available on our Delivery Guarantee page.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your files — no questions asked. If our service doesn't WOW you, that's enough for us to know we need to do better. Refunds are processed immediately. After 14 days, refunds are no longer available but revisions remain available. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Standard accounts may request revisions within 30 days of delivery. WOW Members receive unlimited free revisions for up to 12 months after project delivery.
WOW Membership is billed annually at €118.80 (€9.90/month). A 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of sign-up — no questions asked. After 14 days, the annual commitment applies. You may cancel before your renewal date to prevent future charges; member benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.
You retain all rights to your original photographs. Edited images are delivered for your use in property marketing. We do not claim rights over your content.
